Luscious Lips
Every girl would love a nice, soft pair of plump lips, and I'm going to tell you how to do just that!

Do this before bed every night.
1. Turn the water on cold. Put a pinch of sugar on your pre-dampened lips, and brush gently with your tooth brush. This helps exfoliate dead skin.
2. Rinse off your lips and tooth brush very well! Now, brush your teeth. Afterwards, rinse with a flouride mouthwash, like Act, to help prevent cavities.
3. Now put on a high-quality lip balm. Pot lip balm is best, such as Carmex. Put it on so your lips have visible shine, and head off to bed.
4. During the day for moist, plump lips, I reccommed Patricia Wexler's No-Injection Lip Plumper. Over time it reduces vertical lines on lips and looks amazing. It only comes in one translucent color, but the results are phenominal. You can find it at Bath and Body Works.
Tips
* Replace lipbalms and lipglosses at least every six months.
` Don't share lip balms and lip glosses.
* Don't exfoliate your lips too hard, or they will become raw and painful.
` Don't lick your lips, because it dries them out.
* Never bite or pick at your lips. It undoes all your hard work.
` Don't use cheap, flavored lip balms, as they are low-quality and you are more tempted to lick it off.
* Avoid sugary foods that leave residue on your lips (i.e. slushes or popsicles), because this dries them out terribly.
` If you go tanning, make SURE you wear a lip balm; you usually won't need spf lip balms since they already have their own built in spf.
